From the distant mountain views in the front yard to the private, wooded backyard and unique rock vein beside the house, this home is full of natural beauty and timeless 1950s charm.

Summary: Lovely property and very well stocked. There’s not a lot nearby but if you’re up for some day jaunts, coming back is a pleasure.

Summary: This house has everything you would want in a weekend getaway. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. We loved the kitchen area, were there was plenty of room for us to sit together and cook dinner. The fire pit was awesome and there was even starter logs for us to use. We loved sitting on the front and back yard watching the deer and other animals running through the woods. The property owners ensured we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We recently stayed at the Wine Cottage in mid-Sept. 2024. Our group was made up of family members from OH and PA meeting up for some relaxing time in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Charlottesville, wineries and breweries. The Wine Cottage is well appointed and had the number of bedrooms we needed our group. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay a positive experience. Communication with the owners prior to our stay and during was positive. We would definitely rent this house again when are visiting the area.

Summary: We came for my daughter’s wedding at King Family Vineyards. It was a perfect spot to get everywhere we wanted to visit easily. The house is beautifully decorated and we had a ton of natural light for hair and makeup before going to the venue. I would love to return and spend more time visiting wineries and breweries. The area is gorgeous!

Summary: The house was well stocked with necessities. The ladies loved the decorations and the house in general. The leaky ceiling in the kitchen was a little inconvenience but not a real problem. Would love to return if we have a large group coming with us to the area. The host was very helpful and responsive
